• Performing MIG/TIG welding and completing fabrication stages as required.
• Setting up and operating welding equipment independently.
• Completing quality documentation and routing drawings to the next department.
• Using barcode scanners to apply labor to job orders.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Following safety standards and wearing required protective equipment.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.

• Minimum 2 years of sheet metal or similar manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in basic math and measuring instruments (e.g., tape measure, protractor).
• Effective communication and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
