The Role:Welding and Fabrication for Custom Equipment Responsibilities
- Performing MIG/TIG welding and completing fabrication stages as required.
- Setting up and operating welding equipment independently.
- Completing quality documentation and routing drawings to the next department.
- Using barcode scanners to apply labor to job orders.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following safety standards and wearing required protective equipment.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
- Minimum 2 years of sheet metal or similar manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in basic math and measuring instruments (e.g., tape measure, protractor).
- Effective communication and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
