Inventory Control Assistant

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promotes a safe and accident free work place.
• Counts inventory, Makes material and inventory adjustments,
• Compiles and maintains inventory of material received, stocked and issued.
• Performs root cause analysis on discrepancies found
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three-month related experience and/or training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
• Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced professional environment.
• High proficiency with computers skills, including email, MS Office.
• Must be able to interface with others in a professional manner.

• Ability to read and interpret CST and customer prints and documents.
• Ability to write routine reports in a professional manner.

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole, fractional and decimal numbers.

• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Handle problems involving variables in a standardized situation.
• Ability to make decisions and know when/where to make concessions.
