The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, residents, and group contacts.  Ensure quality of all food & beverage items, amenities, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as restock and organize all products and equipment to an attentive and distinctive experience in Recreation.  Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Familiarity with luxury service standards and guest engagement techniques
