Clinic Receptionist - Full Time Parsons (Family Practice Float, Monday - Friday). Labette Health is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Clinic Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our patients. As a key member of our clinic staff, you will help create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth front-desk operations that support exceptional patient care.

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner
• Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct them appropriately
• Verify patient information and collect necessary documentation
• Assist with insurance verification and patient registration
• Process co-pays and other front-desk financial transactions
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient records
• Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with EMR systems
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
