Duration: 12+ months

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on Python development.
• Strong expertise in Python 3.x and core programming concepts.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with relational databases (Postgre
  
  SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Experience with No
  
  SQL databases such as Mongo
  
  DB or Redis.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab, etc.).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and multithreading.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Knowledge of securities, payments, risk, or compliance systems.
• Exposure to data engineering tools (Pandas, Num Py, PySpark).
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or Rabbit
  
  MQ.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
