Role Overview: As a Business Development Representative
, you'll be a key player in our sales, marketing, and staffing efforts. You’ll help grow our client base by building relationships with local businesses, ensuring our recruiting teams have the best opportunities to match candidates with their ideal roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell Express’ services to new and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong business relationships
• Reach out to leads through cold and warm calling
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with team members and departments
• Track and analyze market potential, sales progress, and client needs
• Keep management updated on customer feedback, competition, and new opportunities
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales
• Data entry and Microsoft Suite skills
• Strong student mentality and willingness to learn
• Outgoing and communicative nature
• B2B experience is a plus (but not required!)
• Proven competitive track record and passion for success
