The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting the inside sales team with creating quotes and proposals, processing orders, and ensuring an efficient fulfillment process for our customers. He/she will ensure that all assigned work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Elettrotek is looking for a motivated professional with a desire to build a sales career within a high‑growth organization.

The right candidate should possess a solid work ethic, the ability to multi‑task effectively, and be able to learn the technical details and specifications of our product line.

• Respond to RFQs, prepare proposals, and process customer orders
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM appropriately
• Communicate effectively with customers and partners
• Contribute to achieving company goals and OKRs
• Assist the inside sales team as directed by management
• Effectively coordinate with other business units such as logistics, outside sales, and procurement
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1‑2 years’ sales experience is preferred. Industrial sales experience is a plus
• Must have superior time‑management skills including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
• Must be detail‑oriented and possess data entry skills
• Must be fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish preferred)
• Must be a team player who can collaborate effectively across departments
• Should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Experience with CRM tools such as SAP and/or Salesforce is preferred
• Knowledge of metric system and foreign currency conversion is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer‑focused attitude
