Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates using various channels (direct outreach, social media, networking, etc.), effectively "selling" opportunities and our company's value proposition. - Negotiation & Closing:
Master the art of negotiation, securing favorable terms for both clients and candidates. - Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies aligned with their business objectives. - Market Intelligence:
Stay ahead of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to provide insightful guidance to clients. - Full Cycle Management:
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client contact and job order generation to candidate interviews, offer negotiation, and successful placement. - Performance Tracking:
Utilize data and metrics to track sales and recruitment performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and exceeding targets.
What you need to have:
