Senior Account Executive – Consumer Goods

MANE has an opening for a Senior Account Executive position in our Consumer Goods Fragrance Division. This role will be responsible for driving business growth for a portfolio of local and regional consumer fragrance accounts with focus on personal & home care categories. Deliver best‑in‑class service and relationship management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Proactively generate pipeline and grow business opportunities for assigned MANE accounts
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client culture, brand strategies, positioning and competitive environment
- Assume a lead role for all sales activity with assigned accounts, including cultivation of customer relationships with key decision‑makers
- Develop, align, communicate and implement account strategies to achieve long‑term growth objectives
- Establish sales and revenue projections including forecasting and budgeting
- Drive end‑to‑end sales process from brief to contract, provide feedback and after‑sales support, negotiate pricing agreements
- Position MANE as partner of choice through frequent presentations of capabilities, service and USP
- Meet & exceed sales targets by obtaining and renewing accounts
- Negotiate Pricing Agreements
- Monitor market & category trends, industry news and competitive activity
- Determine priority and resource allocation to each account based on sales potential and sales maintenance in close alignment with management
- Handle special tasks and projects as requested to meet company objectives
- Consistent with MANE’s environmental commitments, every employee shall actively participate in relevant education/training based upon corporate and local environmental objectives. Management shall support and facilitate the actions within their teams to effectively and adequately implement environmental policies, procedures and practices, as well as promote continual improvement consistent with environmental goals.
- 4-year college degree preferred
- 3+ years sales experience in flavor, fragrance or related industry required, with complete knowledge of selling techniques and proven ability to close sales
- Experience in personal & home care fragrance categories
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent project management and planning skills
- Business acumen
- Analytical and solutions driven skills

PAY TRANSPARENCY DISCLOSUREThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $195,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is awarded based on both individual and company performance.
