Madmen Kitchen is seeking a skilled Line Cook (With room to grow) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and the culinary arts to bring about excellent quality and presentation of dishes.

• Checking in daily with the Executive Chef for day to day tasks to be led and carried out - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in the food industry
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Understanding of food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
• A Food Safety Certification of 5 years is required for this position; if you do not have this the employer will pay and provide you with one
• The knowledge of how to speak and/or understand basic Spanish is an advantage
