Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Machine Operator II to join their team. As a Machine Operator II, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent problem‑solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Parsippany‑Troy Hills, NJ

• Observe company safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Set‑up and operate electro‑chemical machines to cut metal work pieces to specifications, following standard charts and manuals.
• Examine operation sheets of product and plan machine operations for ECM processes.
• Dress electrodes according to standard practices and part requirements, identifying unusable electrodes.
• Position and secure work pieces on the machine table, making minor adjustments for optimal operation.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in machine operation, assembly, or equipment maintenance.
• Comfort working with tools and following manufacturing instructions.
• Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, shoes, gloves, and gowns.
