The Regional Supervisor – North is responsible for overseeing all BLS and MAV field operations in the North region. This role manages daily routes, staffing, and operational performance to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. The Regional Supervisor serves as the primary resource for ePCR support and field operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for a motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced, field-based environments.

• Oversee daily field operations for BLS and MAV crews in the North region
• Develop and manage trip routes and staff schedules
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and performance expectations
• Serve as the primary contact for ePCR support, corrections, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate vehicle, equipment, and supply needs
• Work closely with the Transportation Director to align operational goals
• Serve as Field Training Officer (FTO) for new hires, providing onboarding and mentorship
• Support realtime resolution of field issues and escalate major incidents as needed
• Monitor staff performance and issue disciplinary actions when necessary
• Provide daily operational updates and staffing reports to leadership
• Promote service quality, accountability, and professionalism across the region

• 24 years of experience in EMS, NEMT, or transportation field operations
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Active EMT certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of BLS and MAV operations and route management
• Experience with ePCR systems and mobile dispatch technology
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional EMS, leadership, or management training preferred

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience
