You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships. We're seeking a Project Manager to spearhead supply-related projects, driving innovation and efficiency across our operations. In this vibrant role, you will marshal projects from inception to completion, being the linchpin that connects diverse teams and processes. Your expertise will facilitate initiatives that enhance our dynamic supply chain — ultimately helping millions achieve healthier lives.

• Lead and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) for EHD plan for EH business, ensuring that project governance, methodologies, and reporting are consistent and effective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and innovation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices in process optimization, technology implementation, and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of transformation projects.
• Manage all the EHD transfers, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems connected the transfers. Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, with at least 5 years in project management at regional level
• Proven track record of leading and delivering large scale transformation projects in a complex, global organization.
• Strong understanding of PMO best practices and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile).
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
