Manager of Operations at The Wilner Group – The Wilner Group has partnered with a boutique law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services, including dispute resolution and commercial litigation. Together, we are searching for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team on-site in Parsippany, NJ
.

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• File documents within electronic court systems.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files; understand litigation terminology and processes.
• Draft notices, subpoenas, and responses to discovery.
• Review and track all incoming notices and motions; follow up on related tasks.
• Manage trial calendars and assist attorneys in meeting deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial paralegal experience in a reputable law firm.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

$60K–$65K, based on experience
