IBM Datastage Developer

Requirements Must have:

• Proficiency in IBM Data Stage for ETL workflow design and development
• Strong understanding of data integration, transformation, and loading processes
• Experience in troubleshooting job failures and performance challenges
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for persistent issues
• Familiarity with code migrations across various environments
• Knowledge of mainframe, Linux, and SQL for data synchronization

• Design and develop effective ETL workflows in IBM Data Stage
• Ensure data integration, transformation, and loading processes align with business requirements
• Investigate and resolve job failures and performance issues
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring discrepancies and implement preventive strategies
• Manage code migrations between development, testing, and production environments
• Maintain and synchronize data across mainframe, Linux, and SQL platforms
