• Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer (Non-HANA)
• Location: Parsippany, NJ

SAP ABAP for non-HANA with strong experience in ABAP programming and related tools and technologies. This role focuses on developing and maintaining ABAP programs, interfaces, forms, and enhancements, with exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5, Web Services, and related components.

• Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs based on business requirements.
• Implement enhancements and modifications using SAP standard frameworks.
• Create and manage interfaces between SAP and external systems.
• Design and develop Smart Forms, SAP Script, and Adobe Forms.
• Perform code optimization and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with functional consultants for requirement gathering and testing.
• Support SAP upgrades and system migrations from an ABAP perspective.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with coding standards.
• Provide production support and issue resolution for ABAP-related problems.

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP programming (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP).
• Hands-on experience with ABAP Workbench tools (SE80, SE38, SE11, etc.).
• Knowledge of Enhancement Framework (User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Points).
• Experience in Smart Forms, SAP Script, Adobe Forms.
• Familiarity with RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and Web Services.
• Understanding of Performance Tuning and Debugging.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 integration and OData services.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and CDS Views.
• Experience with SAP upgrade and migration projects.

• Ability to lead ABAP development teams and manage deliverables.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project planning and estimation for development tasks.
• Capability to mentor junior ABAP developers.
