Role Overview:
We are seeking a Demand and Lead Generation Marketing Manager to build and own our demand and lead generation engine end-to-end. This role calls for a strategic thinker who excels in ambiguous environments, can create net-new processes, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to execute. You will design, implement, and optimize performance-driven campaigns that attract and convert high-quality leads across digital channels, while also mentoring and supporting other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the end-to-end demand generation strategy, taking responsibility for both setting direction and personally driving programs that impact pipeline and revenue.
- Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, SEO, webinars, nurture, events), remaining hands-on in execution while prioritizing the highest-impact work.
- Operate effectively in ambiguity, turning loosely defined business goals into clear plans, testable campaigns, and measurable outcomes.
- Apply a disciplined test-and-learn approach, personally developing hypotheses, running experiments, and iterating quickly based on performance and ROI.
- Partner closely with Sales and senior leadership, translating revenue objectives into executable demand programs and adjusting tactics in real time as priorities evolve.
- Build, manage, and actively use marketing automation and CRM systems, owning lead flow, scoring, nurturing, and handoff—not delegating them away.
- Track, analyze, and act on performance data, moving beyond reporting to make informed decisions and adjustments day-to-day.
- Set a high execution bar and mentor others by example, combining strategic guidance with hands-on contribution to elevate overall team performance.
- Continuously assess new channels, tools, and trends in digital marketing and financial services, testing and implementing what drives results.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably with some experience in financial services.
- Proven ability to develop strategy and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of digital channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, content marketing).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Pardot, Marketo).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others throughout your career
