**** POSITION SUMMARY
** As a Data Product Manager for Global Manufacturing & Supply (GMS), you will be accountable for delivering advanced data capabilities that directly support the digital transformation of Zoetis’s manufacturing and supply chain operations. Leveraging the integrated Digital and Data Platform (DDP), you will drive innovative digital and data analytics initiatives within GMS, enabling smarter decision-making, operational efficiency, and enhanced value for our customers.

This role offers broad exposure to every facet of GMS at Zoetis and involves frequent collaboration with global stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
** POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
** Take full ownership of the GMS product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to refine and plan data features and requirements.

Engage with stakeholders to gather and synthesize high-level requirements and feedback

Oversee delivery and adoption of GMS data analytics solutions

Ensure alignment of GMS data products with business objectives and compliance

Make decisions on feature prioritization and resource allocation

Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement

Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
** Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
** TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
*** 8+ years’ experience in product management, data analytics, or digital platform delivery (preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or life sciences).
* Proven track record of managing product backlogs, prioritizing requirements, and collaborating in agile environments.
* Experience with source control and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops) required
* Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
* Experience working with global teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
* Ability to drive a project and work both independently and in a team
* Experience with Microsoft Azure, Data bricks is a plus
** PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

** The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target rangefor new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation
