• Gathering business requirements and designing process solutions, Designing and setting up of organizational elements.
• Configure Logical system, and implemented RFC calls in the Feeder system, Configure Master data change pointers for message types, Define Business Partners, FTO and Legal Units in GTS
• Setup the organization structure in GTS (compliance/customs/Risk) to support the ECC /GTS framework .
• Customize sales document types and billing document types meeting business requirements both in ECC & GTS system.
• Define and implement Sanction Party List Screening, Embargo Check, License Management, License Determination, Product Classification, Customs Processing for Exports, Customs Duty Calculation & Letter of Credit Processing. Sales Orders.
• Design & configuration of Risk management and Preference management module for export & imports Customs declaration and NAFTA process and FTA for Europe
• Design and Prepare Functional Specifications for technical team to develop forms e.g. Shipper’s letter of instructions, Bill of lading, Commercial invoice, Proforma Invoice and Packing List
• Worked on custom development, e.g. implementation of function module/user exits and Badis.
• Defined the technical medium for messages (PPF Actions), Condition and Output Parameters, Messages for Communication Process.
• Solution Design of Complex SAP GTS roll, our globally covering Export Compliance, Export / Import customs declaration and Self filing for multiple regulations
• Configure Master data change pointers for message types, Define Business Partners, FTO and Legal Units in GTS.
• Experience in Cross module integration with SD/GTS, MM, FICO and work with development team for various enhancements, user exits and routines.
• Perform periodic maintenance of the GTS system and the Batch jobs
• Provide post production support and effective resolution of various tickets.
• Prepare test scripts, performing unit and integration testing and UAT
• Prepare training documents and involved in training end users.
