Roles & Responsibilities- Monitor and manage incident and request queues in ticket management systems.
- Assign, triage, and elevate tickets based on severity and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with development and release teams for change management activities.
- Perform release management tasks in line with organizational standards.
- Validate and support application changes and access requests.
- Communicate with end-users regarding ticket progress and resolution.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support using .NET and SQL skills.
Salary Range- $70,000-$75,000 a year
