UI Designer

Seeking an experienced UI designer to design, establish standards, prototype, and create elegant user experiences on web and native mobile platforms.

Responsibilities Include:

• Design for a wide-range of environments—websites, web apps, mobile apps, email, user flows, etc.

• Articulate how design creates or captures value

• Observe users and interpret feedback to understand their behaviors, needs, and goals

• Build prototypes to solicit customer and internal colleague feedback

• Identify and define problems-to-be-solved

This position requires previous knowledge and experience working on web and mobile applications, an acute understanding of current design trends, and a vision of an optimal user experience on both large and small displays. The successful candidate will have the initiative to guide their vision from conception through to deployment.

Required Skills

• Wire framing (either pencil / paper or apps)

• Photoshop (or Sketch or Illustrator)

• Prototyping software like Marvel, Invision, Principle or equivalents

Desired Skills/Experience

• Working knowledge of PHP
