AWS Network Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in creating and managing VPCs, subnets, route tables, Network ACLs.
• Security Groups and managing DNS Services.
• Proficiency in managing DSN Services, traffic flow and health checks.
• Ability to design and manage hub-and-spoke network topologies for multi VPC and hybrid connectivity.
• Good experience in AWS Infrastructure as code using Terraform and Cloud Formation.
• Experience with Argo CD and Jenkins.
• Good with Linux system commands and processes.
• Ansible-based configuration management.
• Experience in Kubernetes.
• Containers and their management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Designing and managing VPCs, subnets, routing tables, NAT Gateways, VPNs, Aviatrix and Direct Connect Links.
• Configuring and managing AWS networking services such as Route
  53, Transit Gateway, Network Firewall, WAF, DDoS protection, etc.
• Implement Network Security Controls including security groups, NACLs and encryption protocols.
• Monitor and optimize network performance and troubleshoot latency, connectivity or availability issues.
• System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains.
• Security patching and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Monitor/review server logs and work on fixing issues proactively.
• Must be able to work unsupervised if needed.
• Interpersonal skills to include effective verbal and written communication with staff, key leaders and other departments.

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 a year
