We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to internal & external stakeholders, supporting multiple client groups. This role blends strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution, partnering closely with business leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and compliant growth.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units and/or clients, building trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Advise executives on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent strategies.
- Lead and support all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and retention.
- Design and implement scalable HR policies, procedures, structures, and systems to support growth.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Act as a change management leader and influencer, supporting organizational transformation and cultural initiatives.
- Recommend competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market trends.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state (NJ/NY), and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Stay current on HR trends and proactively anticipate future workforce needs.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP, consulting, or multi-client support.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into effective HR strategies and execution.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Proven conflict resolution, judgment, and situational assessment capabilities.
