We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to internal & external stakeholders, supporting multiple client groups. This role blends strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution, partnering closely with business leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and compliant growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units and/or clients, building trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Advise executives on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent strategies.
  • Lead and support all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and retention.
  • Design and implement scalable HR policies, procedures, structures, and systems to support growth.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Act as a change management leader and influencer, supporting organizational transformation and cultural initiatives.
  • Recommend competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state (NJ/NY), and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Stay current on HR trends and proactively anticipate future workforce needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP, consulting, or multi-client support.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into effective HR strategies and execution.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Proven conflict resolution, judgment, and situational assessment capabilities.
