This is a part-time to full-time on-site role for an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at our location in Parsippany, NJ. The therapist will provide individual and family therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and conduct mental health assessments. Responsibilities include supporting clients  emotional well-being, facilitating group sessions when necessary, collaborating with a team of providers, and maintaining detailed case records to track progress and outcomes.

• Provide individual and family therapy and conduct mental health assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate group sessions when appropriate and collaborate with a team of providers.
• Maintain detailed case records to track progress and outcomes.

• Proficiency in Treatment Planning and tailoring approaches to individual and family needs
• Expertise in Social Work and Case Management, including maintaining accurate records
• Strong knowledge and experience in Mental Health Therapy techniques
• Ability to collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure cohesive care
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is highly desirable
