Senior FP&A Consultant

Responsibilities

• Senior FP&A Consultant will lead monthly forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives
• Deliver financial reporting and analytics, including variance analysis, performance tracking, and executive-ready insights
• Provide hands‑on FP&A support with a strong emphasis on forecasting, budgeting, and detailed financial analysis
• Support global sales organizations, including revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance measurement
• As a Senior FP&A Consultant, you will partner with Marketing and Media teams to support spend planning, ROI analysis, and campaign performance tracking
• Contribute to strategy‑driven, project‑based, and ad‑hoc FP&A initiatives to support business decision‑making
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior, client‑facing stakeholders, translating financial data into clear business insights

• Extensive experience in FP&A, preferably in a consulting or highly matrixed environment
• Proven expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable recommendations
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Media functions, ideally in a global context
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and analytics tools
• Exceptional relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast‑paced environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
