Responsibilities
- Lead accurate and timely financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, supporting internal management needs as well as external compliance requirements
- Support day-to-day accounting operations, including intercompany transactions, account reconciliations, accruals, bank reconciliations, invoice adjustments, general ledger journal entries, and preparation of balance sheet schedules
- Maintain and oversee cost-related accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in financial data and alignment with operational and business realities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, understand key drivers of variances, and provide insights that support improved decision-making and overall business performance
- Ensure consistent application of corporate accounting policies and internal controls, helping maintain compliance and audit readiness
- Identify and implement process improvements, working with broader Finance teams to enhance workflows
Requirements
- Experience working with large ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle), ideally with exposure to more than one platform
- Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking ability with a proven track record of solving complex problems
- Background in cost accounting or operational accounting
Nice-to-Haves
- CPA or progress toward certification
- Experience working in multinational or multi-currency environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
