FP&A Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning for global sales and marketing/media cost centers and investments
• Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly performance packages (P&L, KPI dashboards, variance bridges, and commentary)
• Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. plan/forecast), identify drivers, and recommend corrective actions
• Partner with sales leadership on pipeline, bookings, pricing/mix, and revenue trajectory; support marketing/media on spend pacing, ROI, and campaign performance
• Build and maintain driver‑based models to improve forecast accuracy and scenario planning
• Collaborate with Accounting on close activities, accruals reasonableness, and true‑ups; ensure data integrity across systems
• Create ad hoc analyses (cohort analysis, customer profitability, channel effectiveness, portfolio/product performance)
• Support investment cases (business cases, payback/IRR/NPV) and track benefits realization
• Present insights to senior stakeholders and client‑facing leaders; influence decisions with clear narratives and visuals
• Continuously improve processes, automate reports, and strengthen internal controls and documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA/CPA a plus)
• 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting Global Sales and Marketing/Media organizations
• Proven, hands‑on expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Strong financial modeling skills (driver‑based models, sensitivity/scenario analysis)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (INDEX/MATCH or XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dynamic arrays);
  PowerPoint/Slides for executive‑ready storytelling
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and ERP/finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Anaplan, Adaptive)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior, client‑facing leaders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
