FP&A Associate Finance Manager – Summary

Our Client is seeking a hands-on, strategic FP&A leader to partner closely with senior leadership and drive financial insight, discipline, and profitable growth in a $100M+ global industrial manufacturing business. This role is highly visible and entrepreneurial, focused on building and improving FP&A processes rather than maintaining them.

The position serves as a key business partner to operations and executive leadership, leading budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and variance analysis across revenue, COGS, SG&A, and cash flow. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and modeling skills, experience in manufacturing or project-based environments, advanced Excel/Power BI capabilities, and the confidence to challenge and improve financial processes in a fast-paced, global setting.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and variance analysis across revenue, COGS, SG&A, and cash flow for a $100M+ global industrial manufacturing business.
• Develop automated reporting and dashboards to provide timely financial insight and support decision-making.
• Deliver gross margin and project profitability analysis; support transfer pricing and working capital initiatives.
• Strengthen internal controls in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Own end-to-end month-end close deliverables in partnership with accounting; ensure accurate and timely group reporting.
• Support global tax, treasury, and finance teams as needed.
• Partner with operations and executive leadership and drive profitability through disciplined finance processes.

• Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Ability to challenge and improve financial processes in a fast-paced, global setting.
• Hands-on, strategic FP&A mindset with the ability to act as a business partner to senior leadership.
