Overview
Onsite Professional Position. This is a manager-level assignment. Our client is requesting a professional responsible for ensuring all event requirements are executed accurately and professionally.
Event Details- Date and Time:
- 2/12 – Thursday: 5:15 PM – 7:00 PM
- Venue:
- The Capital Grille

- The Capital Grille
- Collect electronic signatures from all attendees using an iPad provided by the on-site Sales Representative.
- Review the pre-approved venue contract and confirm that the room setup (layout, furniture, signage, capacity, etc.) matches the contract specifications at the time of the program. Immediately flag any discrepancies.
- Ensure all A/V equipment is set up according to the event plan (microphones, screens, speakers, laptops, etc.). Coordinate with venue staff or A/V technicians to resolve issues as needed.
- Perform a final walk-through prior to attendee arrival to verify that all elements are in place and functioning.
- Accurately complete a post-event survey capturing any issues, successes, attendance data, and feedback.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with the on-site Sales Rep, venue staff, and event management team. Provide concise updates or incident reports if required.
- Attire: Client requests that you wear Business Attire.
- Pre-Event Expectations: Client requests that you review meeting logistics prior to the meeting.
- On-Site Expectations:
