In this role, you'll lead the design and development of surgical implants and instruments, working closely with surgeons to address unmet clinical needs. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or life sciences, along with 3+ years in product development, preferably in orthopedics. Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SOLIDWORKS and NX, is required.
