Responsibilities
- Apply sound architectural and design techniques, methodologies, and principles to all work products.
- Complete construction drawings using Revit.
- Demonstrate clear competency in preparing all phases of documentation.
- Generate finished plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing work assignments of each project team.
- Liaise with external consultants and engineers, incorporating engineering specifications with architectural design.
- Multi-task by working on a range of projects from new buildings to renovations and alterations.
- Develop programming documentation and preliminary designs as needed.
- Attend pre-proposal meetings and provide input into the scope of work and services for new proposals.
- Collaborate and work closely with others as a self-motivated and energetic leader.
- Must be able to produce construction drawings.
- 100% proficient using Revit.
- Experience in either healthcare, institutional, educational, or large-scale commercial projects.
- Proficient with NJ & NY state and federal healthcare code compliance guidelines.
- Ability to manage technical aspects of projects from inception through completion.
- Experience with in all phases of projects from concept through construction administration.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.07 - $57.69/hr.
