• LTE Performance Management; knowledge of parameters, performance counters and KPIs.
• Thorough knowledge of GSM/WCDMA/LTE technologies with subject matter expertise on Ericsson LTE RAN to share experience from already deployed LTE networks and mentor regional team during initial test sites configuration and activation.
• Lead activities on LTE training sessions to bring regional team and market engineers up to speed with LTE technology
• Skills and knowledge to provide hands on training and knowledge share using LTE initial test sites: LTE RAN system components and OSS performance, configuration and fault management.
• Creation of guidelines and procedures on LTE initial coverage tuning, parameter and capacity optimization techniques.
• Provide expertise on LTE prelaunch post launch optimization and usage of RF analysis tools and processes.
• Lead LTE RAN features and parameters trials.

• A minimum of 8 years work experience in RF Optimization.
• A minimum of 2 years good work experience on LTE Optimization.
• Must have worked on any two of the following equipment – Ericsson LTE
• Self- motivated and ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills required/Written and verbal
• Reliability and strong organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to prioritize multiple task to completion
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks successfully
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility in ever changing environments and priorities
• Exhibiting initiative in achieving company goals and objectives
• Must meet minimum technical proficiency requirements
