Overview

Our client, a global consumer goods company, is seeking a Senior PMO to join their team in Parsippany, NJ
. As a Senior PMO, you will be part of the Transformation / Business Leadership supporting high-visibility initiatives related to organizational change and business separation activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing complex projects, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior PMO

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite – 4-days per week)

Pay Rate: $53.00/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract, Potential to Extend and/or Convert to Permanent

Job Function:

• Coordinate and track multiple concurrent enterprise transformation initiatives across various functions.
• Ensure clear ownership, timelines, risks, and dependencies are maintained across work streams.
• Maintain visibility and provide status updates on active transformation programs tied to business separation and enterprise change initiatives.
• Partner with functional leaders across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, and Commercial teams to facilitate communication and alignment.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards and reports for leadership and global PMO stakeholders, translating complex project statuses into clear business updates.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, or Transformation roles within enterprise-scale organizations.
• Proven experience supporting multi-workstream transformation or separation initiatives.
• Strong ability to operate in leadership forums and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on results.
• Comfort with program tracking and reporting tools, dashboard development, and governance frameworks.
