As Director IBP Lead – US, you will play a pivotal role in driving the integration and optimization of end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes across Commercial Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, Procurement Planning, Costing Processes, Workforce Cost Planning, and Financial Planning and Forecasting.
Your role will support the establishment of the IBP Supply to COGS and Quarterly Costing (S2CQ) Global Solution, collaborate with US market and local teams, and advance the IBP US Transformation across all work streams to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Demand to Revenue Regional Demand Review Rollout – Support embedding the Demand to Revenue (D2R) IBP ways of working, ensuring alignment of Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams and advancing the D2R transformation.
- Supply to COGS and Quarterly Costing (S2CQ) Global Solution Deployment – Ensure new business processes and systems meet needs, drive change management, and enable US teams to adopt the new solution in accordance with the global blueprint.
- Workforce Cost Planning, Long Range Planning and Annual Operating Plan Deployment – Support deployment of future IBP work streams and connect stakeholders for successful implementation.
- Effective Partnerships and Collaboration – Build strong relationships with US market, wave‑1 sites, and regional functions; act as the on‑ground IBP Program focal point and streamline planning operations.
- Advanced Analytics AI/ML – Advance the D2R statistical forecasting AI/ML transformation, leveraging system capabilities to increase efficiency, automation, and data‑driven insights.
- Change Management and Transformation – Strengthen engagement of US region teams with the IBP transformation journey, breaking down complex tasks, establishing frameworks, and fostering adoption across complex environments.
- Any combination of education, training, and experience that fulfills the position requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of integrated business planning, supply chain management, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive vision, align diverse teams, and craft compelling change narratives.
- Leadership and project management skills, experience leading cross‑functional matrix teams.
- Track record in change management, communications strategy, and transformation in a global enterprise.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
Annual starting salary: $161,000 – $202,000. Factors influencing the exact salary within this range include geography, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
