What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Representatives to exceed team goals
  • Drive high‑quality member communication and engagement
  • Build and execute short‑ and long‑term sales strategies for Navigator and LTC
  • Analyze sales data, manage KPIs, and optimize performance through CRM insights
  • Partner cross‑functionally on lead generation, campaigns, and reporting
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Skilled in building inside sales teams from the ground up
  • Strong communicator with the ability to coach, motivate, and elevate performance
  • Experienced in structured inside‑sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline development
  • Bonus: familiarity with budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvement
