Job Description
  • Lead or assist in completing tasks to implement, enhance and participate in monitoring health of client's global recruiting system and other HR systems based on the needs of the business
  • Assisting in requirements, design and configuration workshops
  • Design and facilitate user training on future application and process
  • Coordinate and provide post-implementation support and training for users
  • Assist in the phased roll-out of application and processes to the local offices
  • Respond to security access requests to the different systems above
  • Actively monitor and resolve user support issues.
  • Acts as a liaison and resolves systems issues with third party vendor
  • Analyzes new software releases and configuration changes; makes recommendations on system enhancements
  • Creates and maintains source and job codes, and troubleshoots data integration with the HR system, which is Success Factors
  • Provides communication regarding system outages and other important information to the user community
  • Combines knowledge of Staffing Operations and functionality of Applicant Tracking System to create and implement process recommendations
  • Working closely with the HR and HR Systems counterparts as well as IT support staff on complex functional or local issues
  • Work with members of the HR systems and IT teams to research complex issues when required
  • Work with HR stakeholders to prioritize, document, and test enhancements to existing systems
Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Brassring / Kenexa Workbench certification
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to multitask efficiently and effectively

Desired

Skills:

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience with Staffing Operations
  • Background in Staffing processes and systems

  • This is a contract position
  • This position is immediately available
  • This position reports to the Director - HR Technology
