The opportunity

The CRM Specialist role will assist the CRM Channel Lead and Veeva CRM leads by providing support in the management of key activities, business processes and stakeholder deliverables. Responsible for interacting with Multichannel Marketing (MCM) and internal Teva stakeholders to support the execution of customer engagement tactics and inquiries related to the CRM channels.

This position will report to the Associate Director of Channel Management. The role requires interfacing with Teva’s campaign management vendor for the execution of campaigns via Teva’s CRM platform. This requires the review/development of the Business Requirement Documents defining the campaign requirements. Additional operational support required in the development of Veeva CRM related tactics (rep triggered emails and interactive visual aids).

How you’ll spend your day

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments.

• Leverage the Veeva CRM product suite to provide operational support to the Veeva Channel Lead in the development and deployment of Veeva assets (e.g. Rep Triggered Emails, digital sales aids, etc).

• Provide operational support to the MCM CRM team for CRM enhancements related to business processes, privacy & compliance requirements, campaign development, and operational reporting.

• Support the loading of approved creative assets into Veeva Vaults and/or Digital Asset Management platform to deliver timely and cost-efficient digital content

• Engage internal and external partners to facilitate integrated technical and operational enhancements.

• Engages service providers to communicate and monitor channel/ content standards for tactic design & execution (e.g., content templates, tagging standards, taxonomy).

• With guidance from Channel Leads, take the lead in identifying and resolving operational issues, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and campaign effectiveness.

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years Pharmaceutical industry experience

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Works effectively in a multi-task environment
  • Sets and/or meets deadlines and sets appropriate priorities
  • Displays strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Presents clear, concise, well organized written and oral communications
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and utilization of data in a CRM environment
  • Proficiency with:
    Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to document business processes and procedures
  • Willing to reach out to others to gain insight into their work to resolve operational issues.
  • Works with the team to shape options for tackling issues and takes leadership in implementing new ideas/ways of working and reviewing progress.
  • Connecting with others to ensure that plans are aligned and to unlock any conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrates solution-oriented approach and proficient problem-solving skills

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Approximately 5% domestic travel throughout the US, which may include weekend and overnight trips.
