Business and People Operations Manager

A growing professional services firm is seeking a Business & People Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, process improvement, people operations, and internal systems.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys building structure, improving workflows, and helping teams operate more efficiently.

• Improve and document business operations, workflows, and SOPs
• Support people operations and internal accountability
• Track meeting action items and ensure follow-through
• Translate leadership priorities into clear tasks and timelines
• Support internal systems including HRIS, payroll, and project tools
• Use automation, no-code tools, and AI to reduce manual work (e.g.,
  Replit
  , Zapier
  )

• Experience in business operations, people operations, or operations management
• Strong process, documentation, and execution skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a professional services environment
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Interest in automation, systems, and operational efficiency
