About the role

As our Manager - Innovation Packaging you’ll champion a team at the forefront of R & D, playing a pivotal role in steering innovative packaging solutions that resonate with consumers worldwide. A thoughtful leader, you’ll thrive on nurturing talent and converting challenges into breakthroughs. Your influence will extend far beyond your immediate team, contributing to crucial strategic discussions that shape our business's direction and success.

Your responsibilities

• Proven track record of exceptional delivery within R & D or a related technical function.
• Experienced in recruiting, managing, and developing people.
• Strong grasp of strategy, consumer insights, objective setting, and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and possess business accumen with commercial awareness.
• Capable of managing product lifecycle and forging strong business partnerships.
• Flexible and confident in adapting to technological changes and advocating for continual improvement.
• Knowledgeable in streamlining innovation processes and embracing digital transformation in R & D contexts.
