Job descriptionPosition Summary
Reporting to the Supervisor Field Service Administration, the incumbent will review timesheets and scheduling data to establish proper coding, processing, and expense report reimbursements. This position is responsible for processing reimbursement of expenses for Field Service Technicians and serving as backup for processing expenses for all employees.
Main Responsibilities
- Compare timesheets with Salesforce schedules
- Ensure proper billing codes
- Scan and review timesheets
- Review service invoices for accuracy
- Process expense reports
- Communicate with technicians regarding discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned
- Review inbox and Salesforce submissions
- Follow up with technicians
- Check in with Billing Supervisor
- Reconcile receipts and expense reports
- Process invoices
- Assist with customer calls

Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum 5 years industry experience
