Overview

Client is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Billing Coordinator to support our Field Service Administration team during a critical coverage period. The Billing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of field service technician timesheets, billing codes, expense reimbursements, and service invoices.

Objectives

Client is the sole North American distributor for Client Mex SA, manufacturer of converting equipment for the printing and packaging industry. The objective of this position is to assist in the coordination of processing field service technician time and expense reimbursements.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Supervisor Field Service Administration, the incumbent will review timesheets and scheduling data to establish proper coding, processing, and expense report reimbursements. This position is responsible for processing reimbursement of expenses for Field Service Technicians and serving as backup for processing expenses for all employees.

Responsibilities
  • Compare timesheets with Salesforce schedules
  • Ensure proper billing codes
  • Scan and review timesheets
  • Review service invoices for accuracy
  • Process expense reports
  • Communicate with technicians regarding discrepancies
  • Other duties as assigned
