Established in 1928, we have a legacy of excellence and the stability of an industry leader. We are currently seeking an Office Supervisor based out of our Parsippany, NJ office.
- The Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily administrative and customer service operations to ensure efficient service delivery, high levels of customer satisfaction, and effective coordination among office staff, field service teams, and sales personnel.
- Supervise and support office staff handling inbound customer service calls, ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and timely resolution.
- Oversee billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage collections activities, including follow up on past due accounts and coordination with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Direct routing and scheduling of service technicians to maximize efficiency and meet customer commitments.
- Serve as a central point of communication between the office, branch service teams, and sales teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and service expectations.
- Monitor daily workloads, staffing needs, and service backlogs, adjusting priorities as needed.
- Assist with training, coaching, and performance management of office staff.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within company systems.
- Support branch management with reporting, administrative tasks, and operational initiatives.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer focused service.
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and a ability to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
