A well-established accounting firm in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking an Audit Manager with a strong focus on healthcare clients. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners, lead complex engagements, and develop deep expertise within a growing and highly specialized industry group.

• Manage and lead audit engagements for healthcare organizations, including:
• Long-term care, behavioral health, and other provider organizations
• Oversee audits, reviews, and compilations from planning through issuance
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and relevant healthcare regulatory requirements
• Address complex accounting and reporting matters, including:
• Revenue recognition
• Cost reporting and reimbursement considerations
• Internal controls and risk assessments
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit seniors and staff
• Serve as a primary client contact, building trusted advisory relationships
• Collaborate with tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated client solutions

• CPA required
• 5–8+ years of public accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on audit and assurance
• Prior experience serving healthcare clients strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
