Document Specialist
Parma, OH (Onsite with Free parking)

Shift - Mon-Fri/ 7AM-3PM ( Overtime: Possible depending on workload)
Interview Type:
In-person group interviews (Wednesday/Thursday mornings at 9 AM)

Job Duties

• Separate and open incoming mail
• Prep documents for scanning
• Perform glass copying
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
• Lift items weighing 10 50 lbs
• Alternate between standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting
• Bring your own lunch (30 minute lunch break)
• Access to vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves

Workplace Rules

• Cell phones must be on silent and stored in a locker
• Phones cannot be on the floor violation may result in termination

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic PC and typing skills
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and pace
• Willingness to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work in a production facility with moderate to high noise levels
• Ability to manage moderate stress for extended periods
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (floor to waist, carry 10 feet, lower back to floor)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a similar industry
• Knowledge of printing and scanning equipment
