Maintenance Assistant

At Pleasant Lake Villa, we’re more than a care facility—we’re a community rooted in compassion, excellence, and service. We’re currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain the facility, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, snow removal, and floor care
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and life safety regulations
• Support a successful maintenance program that meets all federal, state, and local standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related maintenance role
• Working knowledge of building systems and tools
• Familiarity with OSHA and life safety standards
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Daily Pay:
  Get up to 50% of your earnings the next day
