Your opportunity
The Services Line Solution Quotation Expert produces Product Offers for Line Improvement and Line Conversion solutions for all product lines with the support of Engineering Teams and Product Managers, make sure of the value for customer and relevant pricing. He/She brings all technical support for standard & non-standard offers to Regions, for the equipment of the Installed Base. He/She ensures the offer matches with the end customer needs, in term of scope, lead time and overall value.
Also, he/she is accountable for Product offer margin level.
Your Mission
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare product offer & all revision and upload the CEP toolfor Service project managers.
Creates and documents complex offers in accordance with Engineering & Product Managers'recommendations.
Supports Service Regional Project Managers by providing technical arguments that can be used with the client and assists them inunderstanding the technical information needed for development offer.
Analyse offer requests (RFQ) and missing information to definethe scope of supply.
Request engineering design studies when needed to define the technical scope of the offer.
Study costs and apply pricing rules in the creation of offers.
Support of the Supply teams, provide useful insight to ensure proper understanding of the projects scope.
As a back-up, occasionallyand when necessary, follow and execute projects with the support of Supply teams, from order to client reception, including invoicing.
Implement proper lead time information in regard to the productavailability and purchasing team inputs.
Track Cost deviations to ensure price and costing revision.
Continuously improve offer quality, propose performance-basedoffering whenever it makes sense .Your Profile Professional Qualifications and
Experience:
Competence on all equipment configuration meaning possess fullknow how of main functional logic of different processes.
CEP & AMPas well as other line solutions tools.
Competence onplanning tools (ERP).Keep highknowledge about new products and innovation.
Communication.
Team spiritmindset and Problem solving approach.
