This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Certified Flight Instructor at our newest Parma Training Centre, launching in early 2026. The Flight Instructor will conduct flight training and ground instruction for student pilots, maintain records of all training given, participate in regular instructor meetings, and liaise with the Safety Management System.
Qualifications and Requirements
A strong attitude towards safety of flight operations
A passion for training
An EASA CPL(A) license with IR and FI(A) certificate (must be valid)
English ELP Level 4 or above
IRI, CRI certificates are an advantage but not a requirement
Prior experience on aircraft types operated by the ATO
Right to live and work in Europe
