As Supplier Manager – Europe & Central Asia, you will play a key role within the Indirect and Services Sourcing organization, managing strategic supplier relationships and sourcing activities for Professional Services across a complex and dynamic environment.
This role offers a unique combination of regional ownership and global exposure.
Operating in a multinational organization, you will interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders across regions and functions. You will be responsible for deploying sourcing strategies, ensuring supplier competitiveness and will lead multifactor negotiations, capacity, risk mitigation, compliance, sustainability, and long-term partnership value.
Your Mission
YOUR OPPORTUNITYYour mainmission is to manage the global and local sourcing activities for the category
Professional Services.
You will be responsible for managing regional sourcingactivities with a strong exposure to worldwide with global suppliers for the category Professional Services, ensuring the implementation of the global strategy for the set portfolio, negotiating and implementing the besteconomical and contractual conditions.
YOUR SCOPELead an international and multicultural Strategic Sourcing network for the spend category Professional Services Ensure that strategies are being applied and make sure of the competitiveness of the panel.
Anticipate strategic opportunities and keep relevant stakeholders informed.
Negotiate prices and contracts with key suppliers of the set categories and manage execution of contracts to optimize company’s competitive position.
Ensure the application of the Long-Term Saving Planning, achieving savings targets for strategic sourcing activities and spend coverage.
Manage Supplier Relationship within the set portfolio of spend categories.
Establish performance-based contracts and monitor of the KPIs.Communicate effectively and manage relationships with key stakeholders and relevant internal personnel.
Promote sourcing best practices, continuous improvement and supplier performance culture across the organization.
Your Profile Level of education and languages
Degree in Engineering and/or Business/Economics.
English is mandatory.
Required experience and skills
Confirmed experience in an international manufacturing company.
Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing roles in a competitive market.
According to the location:
French or Italian is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset, performance-driven, tracking and supplier performance management.
Strong commercial negotiation skills with international companies.
High ability to communicate with both suppliers and other internal stakeholders.
