Administrative Assistant - Pesticides Peer Review Unit

Write, edit and proofread documents such as reports, presentations, meeting minutes, templates etc. ensuring the highest level of accuracy Prepare documents from the risk assessment processes for publication Handle correspondence by managing functional mailboxes Ensure proper document and data management Collect and compile data Support the maintenance and management of databases Arrange meetings and workshops Functie-eisen Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level) Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in chemistry, biology, toxicology or a related field with relevance to the risk assessment of active substances used in pesticides Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook (required), as well as document management systems (preferable) Ability to work autonomously, to proactively address challenges, and to switch quickly from one task to the other Work experience from an international organisation and knowledge of EU regulations and/or procedures applicable to the area of food safety are considered assets La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
