Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor responsible for the delivery of resident care by licensed and non‑licensed staff in our Continuing Care Neighborhoods, which include skilled nursing, long‑term care, assisted living, and memory care. This role alternates between Supervisor and Floor RN duties.

Comm. based on experience between $42.50 – $47.00 hourly, plus shift differentials of $2.00 for weekday nights and $5.00 for weekends.

36 hours per week (Full‑time). Responsibilities:

• Supervisor every other weekend 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
• Floor RN three shifts per week 11:00 pm – 7:30 am

• Perform walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff provide the highest level of resident care possible
• Review, adjust and monitor nursing staffing to ensure appropriate staff is available and meet established PPD
• Effectively implement a person‑centered approach to care, focusing on the resident’s strengths while providing comfort, companionship and belonging
• Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances
• Lead investigations for injuries of unknown origin, medication errors and/or abuse allegations as needed or requested; complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing
• Review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice and Erickson policy

• Adhere to guidelines in the State Nurse Practice Act and established best practices
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders
• Monitor conditions and adjust care to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain infection control protocols
• Document thoroughly in the EMR
• Participate in inter‑disciplinary team meetings to develop holistic plans of care
• Thoroughly explain conditions, care plans, and medications to residents and family members

• Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, assisted living or hospital
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required
• Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification required
• A passion for caring for seniors
